Audit – Minor Surgery Excisions and Outcomes
Criteria: for each patient reviewed the following activity has occurred and has been recorded;
- All excised tissue sent for histological analysis ● Histology test result received and recorded
- Malignancy identified by biopsy is recorded ● Post operative wound complications
