What is Heidi Scribe?

Heidi Scribe is an AI-powered assistant that helps our clinicians by creating accurate written notes during consultations. Instead of your doctor having to type or write everything down during your appointment, Heidi Scribe securely listens and generates a summary of the conversation. This allows your clinician to focus more on you, and less on the keyboard.

Your Privacy and Consent

Using Heidi Scribe involves the audio recording of your consultation, but only with your consent. These recordings are processed securely and used solely to generate clinical notes for your medical record.

• You can decline to take part at any time.
• Saying no will not affect your care in any way.
• If you do not give consent, Heidi Scribe will not be used during your consultation.

We believe utilising this tool could improve how we deliver care – giving clinicians more time to listen, explain, and support you.
